Wing (a former professional makeup artist) and Big Boss (a former university lecturer and radio host) founded Tiptop Fashion in 2011. In January 2023, following the sudden disappearance of the Tiptop Fashion Facebook page, they launched Tiptop Brand!
From opening their first small shop in April 2011 and a second medium-sized store that July, to relocating to an 800-square-foot studio in Causeway Bay in May 2014 and later to a 1,600-square-foot showroom at the Hong Kong Industrial Centre in May 2015, the duo has weathered many storms and experienced plenty of ups and downs.
Expanding from physical stores to various social media platforms and a website has also been a journey marked with blood, sweat, and tears.
