Tiptop Diamonds (collectively referred to as "we/us" or "Company") owns and operates the website www.tiptopdiamonds.com (referred to as "website" or "tiptopdiamonds.com"). The website offers a convenient way to purchase products online (referred to as "service"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the website. By using the website, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept to be bound by them. We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, and the revised version will take effect upon publishing on the website without prior notice.

 

  • Upon receiving payment(s), the item(s) will then be placed on hold, ordered, dispatched, or available for pickup.
  • Transaction(s) cannot be cancelled or refunded once completed.
  • Ordering time depends on individual supplier (and possible unpredicted uncontrollable circumstances), normally within around 10-15 business days approximately, but there might be a possibility that some items or suppliers may take as long as 20-30 business days or more.
  • Since all items are selling at different platforms at the same time, including our Company's store, website, Facebook Page, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc., the displayed inventory may not yet reflect the actual inventory
  • If the item(s) is/are out-of-stock, refund can be granted, but other item(s) in the same transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • All items will be checked before dispatching.
  • Sorry, no refund or exchange.
  • Store credits can be used indefinitely, but cannot be refunded.
  • For cancelled transaction(s), member points cannot be returned.
  • If the order includes regular priced item(s) with free delivery and on sale or other item(s) with no free delivery, the customer must pay partial delivery fee; if the customer requests that some items must to be shipped out separately, the delivery fee will be paid by consignee; please remark before placing order or contact our customer service team as soon as possible, otherwise, under normal circumstances, the order will be shipped out when all items have arrived.
  • Item(s) might appear different in color on different monitors or mobile devices. No refund or exchange will be granted under such circumstance(s).
  • All items are measured by hand, and there might be a chance of a 1-3cm or #0.5-#1 difference. No refund or exchange will be granted under such circumstance(s).
  • If the received item(s) has/have any manufacturing defect(s), customers must make an exchange request within three days after receipt of item(s).
  • If customer choose to pickup item(s) from our showroom, please do so within three months upon receiving our notification; after three months, our company will not be responsible for any customer's lost.
  • If the item(s) has/have been worn or damaged intentionally, has/have cosmetics stains or perfume smell, has/have been polished or altered, and/or has/have been in contact with water or washed, no refund or exchange will be granted.
  • If the item(s) has/have minor defects but does not affect wearing or appearance, for example, minor scratches, minor dirt, etc., no refund or exchange will be granted.
  • For subjective judgments of the item(s), such as workmanship, style, colour, material, size, not as imagined, different from the photo(s), not looking good after wearing, etc., refund or exchange will not be granted.
  • Vintage items include auctions items, discontinued items, liquidated items, second-hand items, refurbished items, or valuable collectibles. Since there is a possibility that traces of time or usage is evident, for perfectionist, please be aware when purchasing vintage items.

  • In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.

 

Registration

  • You are required to register with us when you use the service or place an order. By registering, you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
  • You are required to provide us with accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Should there be any changes regarding the information, you are required to inform us immediately in order to maintain effective communication with us.

 

Force Majeure

  • If the Company is prevented from providing service by reason of act of God, fire, flood, casualty, pandemic, accident or other natural disaster, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit, or other causes that are beyond the reasonable control of the Company, the Company shall be excused from such prevention.

  • The Company shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, liability, damage, personal injury, or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly to your access and use of the website and its contents.
